Sincere prayer for the welfare of all is a very powerful antidote to root out the fear complex. Because, Ill-will towards others is one of the main causes of fear. So when we eschew all these malice, jealousy, enmity towards others, naturally the mind becomes loving and friendly and the cause of fear will disappear. Because the friendly mind knows not to fear but to love!
